Problem:
Our customer needed replacement tooling for their steel forming production line ASAP.
Solution:
NKM was able to produce new hardened steel bending tools in less then 3 days. This part was manufactured out of tough and wear resistant D2 tool steel and heat treated to 56 Rc. Our heavy duty CNC mills and advanced CAD/CAM software allows us to get parts like this made in a hurry.
