Problem:
To improve the performance of a stock venting port on a plastic extruding line, our customer needed a custom design.
Solution:
Working with our customer's engineers, NKM was able to develop the complex geometry needed for the required flow characteristics. We produced this part out of heat-resistant H13 tool steel and hand polished all internal passages to mirror finish.
